joined LSH in 2012 and took the position of General Manager in February 2018. She majored in Economics at Monash University Melbourne (Australia) and received her PhD degree in 2014. Prior to joining the LSH, she lectured in competition and regulation and international economics (trade) at Monash University in Melbourne (Australia).

is the founder of LSH and heads our technical division. He held leading executive positions in major hydropower engineering consulting companies, including Lahmeyer International, Elektrowatt (now AFRY) and Fichtner.
Dr. Nagel holds Masters Degrees in both Geology and Civil Engineering and a PhD in Geology from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He has published numerous scientific papers and finished his academic career with a Doctor of Science in Ground Dynamics, the highest academic qualification a scholar can achieve in Germany.

joined LSH in 2008 as an executive assistant to the general manager. After completion of her degree in business administration with summa cum laude, she became the chief administrator of LSH in 2018. Prior to joining LSH she worked at Lahmeyer Agua y Energía. Hilda is highly experienced with all administrative and legal aspects of the engineering consultancy business.
