We are committed to communicating to our stakeholders our commitment to carrying out our activities with a continuous improvement approach, aimed at ensuring the quality of our services, environmental protection, and bribery prevention.
To this end, we assume the following commitments:
-
Comply with current and applicable legal requirements, internal regulations, and other voluntarily accepted commitments related to quality, the environment, and the fight against bribery.
-
Protect the environment by rationally using resources, reducing waste generation, and adopting eco-friendly measures to prevent environmental pollution, mitigating our impact in all aspects involved in the execution of our activities.
-
Prohibit bribery at LSH in all its forms, whether direct or through third parties, in both the public and private sectors, including offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting any undue advantage.
-
Diligently listen to and address the concerns and issues raised in a timely manner by our personnel, business partners, and other interested parties through the appropriate channels. We foster a culture of reporting in good faith, ensuring timely responses and protection against any type of retaliation. LSH ensures that any report will be treated with due confidentiality.
-
Optimize our processes and ensure the quality of our services, with the purpose of complying with applicable requirements and improving customer satisfaction.
-
Ensure the effectiveness of and compliance with LSH’s Anti-Bribery Management System, for which we have a Compliance Officer who exercises their functions with full authority and functional independence for this purpose, ensuring the successful implementation of this policy.
-
Continually improve the Integrated Management System to strengthen organizational performance regarding quality, the environment, and bribery prevention.
LSH considers the commitments established in this policy as a frame of reference for setting and reviewing quality, environmental, and anti-bribery objectives.
Non-compliance with the provisions of the Anti-Bribery Management System and acts of bribery will be sanctioned, without prejudice to any administrative, civil, and/or criminal responsibilities that may fall upon the employee, collaborator, or interested party.
